Thank you for shopping with Kingdom Magic Stitch. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
Personalized, customized, made-to-order, and specialty products may require additional processing time. The estimated processing time will be provided on the product page whenever applicable.
Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
2. Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, estimated transit times are:
- United States: approximately 3–7 business days
- International: approximately 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items ordered, destination, shipping method, and applicable promotions.
From time to time, Kingdom Magic Stitch may offer promotional or free-shipping offers. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed at checkout or in the applicable promotion.
4. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and delivery procedures.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
Kingdom Magic Stitch will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in locating delayed or missing packages, but we cannot guarantee delivery after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
For packages confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged product
- A description of the damage
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the carrier may require it for a claim.
8. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also delay delivery.
Kingdom Magic Stitch does not control customs processing times or fees imposed by foreign governments.
9. Address Changes and Order Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing, production, or shipping.
Customized and personalized products may be subject to additional restrictions once production has begun.
10. Shipping Delays
Kingdom Magic Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen events.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
